14/03//2022  After a period of not I have returned to working in my sketchbook. These are the results.

Choice of subject due to something I did long ago In a Judge Anderson story that had things about it I thought would be entertaining to develop.

All done with ballpoint pens.

Looks fantastic, the biro gives a really different look than the inked Old Nick when it's shaded this way (almost like a pencil). Thanks for showing them.

Hullo Alan,

thanks for the compliment.

The reason I like ballpoint pens is that they can do soft greys like a pencil as well as blacks like ink.

Plus, since I am not so disciplined as I once was, they offer more leeway for scribbling and corrections.
